Ms.Marsha Grant grew up in Kingston Jamaica and was initiated into the world of Hospitality through the University of Technology Jamaica, where she gained a Food & Beverage Certificate, a Diploma in Hotel Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. She then moved into restaurant management with an overseas chain, when she was drawn to education and training. She pursued a Master’s Degree at the Wageningen University in the Netherlands.
