The Culinary Federation of Jamaica (CFJ) is a non-profit organization. Its goals are to work closely with all stakeholders in support of Jamaican tourism. The CFJ also sees its role as a vehicle in the continued development of a unique, contemporary and traditional Jamaican cuisine as an important part of the tourism product.
The CFJ hosts the annual Taste of Jamaica Culinary Competition and Chefs on Show. In addition, we participate in numerous events such as, Jamaican Epicurean Escape, Taste of the Caribbean and numerous charity and local culinary competitions.
